Plain, laminated and tempered… no matter what kind of glass the glazing you want to protect is made of, the Glass Break Detector will immediately detect the moment it is broken.

Advanced sound detection

The sensor employs a two-way analysis of the acoustic signal – firstly it evaluates the sound of impact on the glass (low frequency) and then the sound of breaking glass (high frequency). The alarm is only raised when both signals are detected.

This ensures that a broken wine glass or tapping on the window will not set off the alarm.

Temperature measurement and heating control

The detector features a built-in temperature sensor, so you can see in your app how warm the room is at the moment. You no longer need to buy a separate device.

This information can be used to control your heating system in an optimal way.

Safe operation

The Glass Break Detector and Smart HUB communicate with each other wirelessly. Data transmission is secured using an advanced encryption standard – AES. Breaking it would require computing power that is far beyond the capabilities of modern computers. It is used for example in banking operations, online shopping or Wi-Fi connections.

Long operation on battery

Owing to the advanced power management feature, the detector can run on a single battery for up to 8 years*. Information about its low level of charge will be displayed in the app. BE WAVE will let you know this in sufficient time to replace the battery at your leisure and maintain the continuity of protection and all the smart home functions the detector is involved in.

Clean installation

You can install the detector quickly and conveniently using the supplied mounting tape. It will take you literally a minute to position the device in the desired location.

Practically unnoticeable

The Glass Break Detector is available in three colours: white, brown, and dark grey. Owing to this and its small dimensions, it does not stand out or draw attention away from the window decor.
