Attention, smoke! Respond immediately

Attention, smoke!

Wherever the risk of fire is increased, install a device for detecting its first signs. The Fire Detector Pro is equipped with a photoelectric visible smoke sensor fitted in a special Swirl measurement chamber which ensures high sensitivity due to its unique design.

Reliable operation

The precise Hexamesh filter made of stainless steel protects the sensor from ingress of some of the dirt and small insects that could interfere with the smoke detector. Furthermore, the device continuously monitors the condition of its optical chamber – if it becomes significantly soiled, e.g. dusty, a built-in LED indicates the need for maintenance.

Life-saving information

When a fire starts, every second counts. A swift action can save not only your possessions but, above all, your health and life. When smoke is detected, the Fire Detector Pro will signal the danger with a loud sound and a flashing red light. You will also instantly receive a push notification to your smartphone. If your home is monitored by a security agency, they too may receive a threat notification.

Photo-verification

The Motion Detector Cam is a motion detector with a built-in camera. If it is included in your BE WAVE system, it will take pictures the moment an alarm is raised by the Fire Detector Plus, and you will verify what is happening in the area it is monitoring.

Automation for your safety

Set the “Fire” procedure in the application. When an alarm signal is received from the Fire Detector Pro, BE WAVE will automatically initiate the tasks you have instructed it to do, e.g.: switching off the power in the sockets, turning on the emergency lighting and unlocking the doors to facilitate evacuation. The Motion Detector Cams located within the building can also take pictures to identify the cause of the alarm.

Alarm in multiple locations

When you choose to install several Fire Detector Pro units in a building, if one of them detects smoke, the information will be transmitted to the others. Then they too will start to alert the surrounding area of the danger by activating acoustic and visual signals. This way, no matter which part of the property you are in or how far away you are from the source of the smoke, you will know immediately that you need to take action.

Light and sound identifying the event

The Fire Detector Pro can emit a very loud sound and flash its built-in red LED. Smoke detection, low battery level or soiling of the chamber are signalled in various ways. You can easily identify what the device is informing you about.

Standalone operation

It is not always necessary to install a complete alarm or automation system. If you only care about local fire detection, you can use the standalone operation mode offered by the Fire Detector Pro. If this is the case, there is no need to pair the device with the Smart HUB.

The detector meets the requirements of the EN 14604 standard for autonomous detectors.

Easy and quick installation

The detector can be installed in no time at the desired location using strong mounting tape. Thus, mounting on the ceiling is very convenient and requires no drilling.

High-performance battery

The Fire Detector Pro’s operating time with a single battery is up to 8 years. Its status is constantly monitored. The BE WAVE App will notify you in advance when the battery needs to be replaced. In addition, the detector itself will give optical and acoustic signals if the battery voltage falls below a certain level.

Easy to add to the system

The start-up and configuration process is very fast and simple. Insert the battery and then just provide a device name, assign it to a room and determine its functions. In the app, you also set what action the BE WAVE system should perform when the device detects an event.
